10 Quick Fixes will net you more $$$!

1. Walk through the house as a buyer would see it, make notes and make changes.
   
   
2. Paint or wash the front door and garage doors.
   
   
3. Rent a storage unit and go to the dump. DE CLUTTER!!!
   
   
4. Light up the house with 100 watt light bulbs.
   
   
5. Bleach dingy grout & other appropriate areas.
